I had been searching for a new home for a few years and serendipitously had the good fortune of Emily D contacting me after I clicked on a home I liked. She was attentive, easy to communicate with and patient with my search. She and her Team do see you through each step up the process. I always felt like I could contact them. Happy to say since I bought my 1st home recently I still have contact with Emily. They do not just lose touch and has given me many tips on my new home and felt she took more than expected time to keep track of the many things involved in buying a new home, otherwise it would have been a bit overwhelming. Selling our house seemed overwhelming. But Emily and her team walked us through the whole process. If there was a hiccup, it was taken care of easily. Whenever we needed work done they supplied the contractors to do the job in a very timely manor and at good prices. We never had to stress over how we were going to get things done. Emily is very knowledgeable about the market got us and excellent sale. She pushed for some things that were not in the original bid and we got them. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone wanting a realtor.
